Manzano Banana

Unusual and highly sought after the Manzano Banana has been described as a pleasing combination of an apple and a very sweet banana plus something else. Could that something else be a hint of strawberry or maybe papaya? It is a stocky, pale yellow banana, measuring about 4 inches long or finger length.
